Why don’t you take online reservations?
At our resort, we take immense pride in providing personalized service through direct communication. Speaking to a live person on the phone ensures that our Guest Services representatives can tailor your experience to perfection. Whether you’re looking for the ideal cabin for your Tofino adventure or the perfect RV site for your camping getaway, our team is here to assist you.
Our resort is a unique property featuring a variety of accommodations, including small, medium, and large cabins, each designed to accommodate different numbers of guests. Additionally, our glamping and RV sites vary in size and offer unique features. In the past, we offered an online booking system, but it led to numerous issues. Guests often booked cabins that were too small for their group or selected RV sites that couldn’t accommodate their vehicles.
To avoid such inconveniences and ensure that every guest has a seamless experience, we have dedicated Guest Services Representatives available by phone from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. They are ready to help you find the perfect accommodation for your needs and ensure that your stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.
Call us today, at 250-725-4213, or toll free within Canada and the U.S at 1-877-725-4213. Let’s discuss your next Tofino getaway!

What Should I know about Storm Watching?
Embrace the excitement of storm watching while staying cozy in one of our cabins this winter. As the rain falls and the waves crash on MacKenzie Beach, you'll be comforted by the warmth of a fireplace, woodstove, or propane fireplace, depending on your cabin. In the event of a power outage, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. You'll have access to firewood, candles, and each cabin is equipped with a flashlight.
For cooking, you have a BBQ at your disposal. Please note that we do not have generators for the cabins, so if the power goes out, you'll be without electricity and WiFi. However, many restaurants in Tofino remain open during power outages, and our Guest Services Representatives can provide you with a list of available dining options.
If you have any questions about your stay during storm season, please call us, and we'll be happy to assist you. Enjoy your time embracing nature's beauty and power!
Do you have EV charging?
Electric vehicles are welcome at Crystal Cove. We have 2 complimentary Level 2 electric vehicle chargers on site for guest use during your stay. The chargers are first come first serve. However, we ask that you move your vehicle once charged to allow other guests access to charging.
