Are you pet friendly?

Yes. We are Pet Friendly in all our Cabins.
 

Is there a minimum nights stay?

During Peak Season we have a 3 night minimum. During Moderate, Shoulder and Low Season we have a 2 night minimum.

Is there a restaurant on site?

We do not have a restaurant on site, however there are many great restaurants close by and all our cabins are equipped with kitchens.
 

Do your Cabins have Cable TV?

The Rainforest and Treehouse Cabins have cable TV, however the beachfront and beach view cabins do not. All cabins are equipped with DVD players and LCD televisions. DVD’s are complimentary and can be borrowed from the office.
 

How far from Tofino is Crystal Cove?

We are 3 km from the town of Tofino.
 

How far is Long Beach?

Pacific Rim National Park and the famous Long Beach is approximately 10 km from Crystal Cove.
 

Is the ocean warm enough to swim in?

The ocean temperature ranges from  7-14 degrees Celcius (44-58 degrees Fahrenheit). Wetsuits required.
 

Do you offer tent sites in the RV Park?

Our R.V. Park caters specifically to recreational vehicles only and for this reason we are unable to accommodate tent camping within our facility.

Is there a swimming pool or communal hot tub?

Some cabins have private hot tubs, and the Rainforest cabins have access to two large shared hot tubs. There is no swimming pool or communal hot tub.

Can you provide cribs and high chairs?

Yes, if you require a crib or high chair, please be sure to make this request when you book.
 

Do you provide cooking utensils?

All our kitchens are well equipped with everything you need for cooking. All cabins also have a BBQ.
 

Do I need to bring linens, towels, cookware, firewood, propane, etc?

We provide all necessary towels, linens, cookware, firewood, propane, etc.

Is there a grocery store close by? Liquor store?

Groceries can be purchased in town, or just across the road from Crystal Cove.

Beer, wine and spirits can be purchased in town.

Are fires allowed on Mackenzie Beach?

Yes, small fires are allowed on the beach away from the cabins and below the high tide line until 11pm. Remember to put out the fire, and pack out what you pack in.
